Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground pork
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine ground pork, onion, garlic, milk, and water.
  2. 2. Season with salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to mason jars and refrigerate.
