Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground pork
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1. In a large pot, combine ground pork, onion, garlic, milk, and water.
2. Season with salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to mason jars and refrigerate.
