- 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 Onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
