  • 2 large Cucumbers sliced thin
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion, and toss to coat.
