Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs.
  3. Slowly add hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  4. Return mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into serving dishes and chill before serving.
