- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Diced Ham
- ¼ cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- ¼ cup Diced Onion
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the ham, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until softened.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the edges start to set.
5. Sprinkle cheese over one half of the omelet. Fold the other half over the cheese.
6. Cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
7. Serve hot.
