Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and chopped spinach to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let the egg bites cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
