Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push the garlic to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble them until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Drizzle with sesame oil (if using) and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
