Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the shredded carrots and cabbage, cooking until softened.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
  6. 6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
