Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs boiled, peeled, and chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bread
- Lettuce leaves optional
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.
Chop the eggs and place in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture on bread slices. Add lettuce if desired.
Top with another slice of bread. Serve.
