Ingredients

  • 8 large Egg whites
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach
  • ½ cup Diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, spinach, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are fully set.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
