Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded chicken
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 2 cups Enchilada sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
Add shredded chicken to the skillet and mix well.
Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce into a baking dish to coat the bottom.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll up, and place in the baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
