Escarole and Beans Recipe
A simple and hearty dish combining escarole and beans.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 head Escarole, chopped
- 2 cans Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add chopped escarole and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cannellini beans and broth. Bring to a simmer.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with crusty bread.
