- 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, sliced into rings
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ¼ cup Cooking oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the onion rings until they become soft.
4. Return the beef slices to the pan. Add the marinade and ground black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
