Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
6. Stir in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
