Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
  6. 6. Stir in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
