Main Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets cut into chunks
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with crusty bread.
