  • 1 lb white fish fillets like cod or tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. 2. Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish in each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  6. 6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
