Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  2. In the bowl with the yolks, add milk, vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
  4. In the bowl with the whites, beat until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture in three parts, being careful not to deflate the batter.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly oil it.
  7. Scoop the batter onto the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
