Ingredients 

Ravioli Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 units Large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Four Cheese Filling

  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine flour and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough into thin sheets using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix together all the cheeses, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Place small spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto one sheet of dough, cover with another sheet, and cut into ravioli shapes.
  6. 6. Cook ravioli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until they float to the top.
