Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a large bowl, combine the rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust and dot with butter.
Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
