Chicken
- 1 kg Chicken pieces cut into parts
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then dredge in flour mixture.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
