Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push garlic to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drizzle sesame oil, if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
