Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Green chilies, roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the cubed pork shoulder. Cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
