Grilled Cheese de Mayo Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, using mayonnaise for a crispy, golden crust.

- 4 slices Bread Any type you like
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise For spreading
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or your favorite
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, in the skillet. Top each with two slices of cheese.
4. Top with remaining bread slices, mayo side up.
5. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
