Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 pieces Burger Buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 2 slices Cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the grilled chicken breast. Add mayonnaise if desired.
  6. 6. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
