  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces hamburger buns
  • to taste Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Toast the buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings.
