Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. While burgers are grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until tender.
  5. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling to melt.
  6. Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with sautéed mushrooms.
