  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Place salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  4. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove from grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
