Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew
A hearty and comforting stew made with ground beef and a variety of vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Carrots, chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the carrots and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
