- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1. Thinly slice the cucumbers.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers and chopped dill to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
