- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. Add diced potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook until potatoes are tender and onions are translucent.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
