Hawaiian Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 1 cup Shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1 cup Chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup Mandarin orange segments drained if canned
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, and mandarin orange segments.
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
