Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • ½ cup Crumbled cheese (queso fresco or feta)
  • ½ cup Sour cream or crema
  • 1 unit Avocado, sliced optional
  • 1 unit Hot sauce optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the flour tortillas on a skillet over medium heat until warm.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of refried beans on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Sprinkle crumbled cheese over the beans.
  4. 4. Add a dollop of sour cream or crema on top.
  5. 5. Optionally, add sliced avocado and hot sauce.
  6. 6. Fold the tortillas in half and serve warm.
