- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- ¼ cup Water
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and water. Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
