Ingredients

  • 8 slices White bread
  • 1 lb Roasted turkey breast, sliced
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon
  • To taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bread slices on a baking dish. Top each slice with turkey and a generous amount of cheese sauce.
  5. Place the tomato slices on top and then add the bacon slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the edges of the bread are toasted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
