Main Ingredients
- 8 slices White bread
- 1 lb Roasted turkey breast, sliced
- ½ cup Butter
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 3 ½ cups Milk
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices Cooked bacon
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the bread slices on a baking dish. Top each slice with turkey and a generous amount of cheese sauce.
Place the tomato slices on top and then add the bacon slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the edges of the bread are toasted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
