Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Minced ginger

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice or naan.
