Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 kg Chicken, cut into pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked, turning halfway through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice and a side of salad.
