Inside Out Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A twist on the classic grilled cheese, with crispy cheese on the outside and gooey cheese on the inside.

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese divided
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Top each with ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Place the other slices of bread on top, butter side up. Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese on top of each sandwich.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the other side and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
