Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks pork ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Pour water, apple cider vinegar, and ½ cup of BBQ sauce into the Instant Pot.
  4. 4. Place the ribs in the Instant Pot, standing them on the trivet.
  5. 5. Lock the lid and set to pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
  6. 6. Once done, allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  7. 7. Preheat your oven to broil. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet and brush with remaining BBQ sauce.
  8. 8. Broil ribs for 5 minutes or until sauce is caramelized.
