Traditional Irish potato pancakes, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, flour, buttermilk, baking soda, and salt.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
