Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the ham and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for a few minutes.
Push the mixture to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
