Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 links Italian sausage
- 2 Bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Slice sausages and return to skillet. Add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Cook for another 10 minutes, until sausages are cooked through and flavors meld together.
Serve hot and enjoy!
