  • 4 links Italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove sausages from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return sausages to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through.
