Kimchi Fried Rice

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup kimchi chopped
- 2 tablespoon kimchi juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the kimchi to one side of the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another minute.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
