Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack Soft tofu about 300g
  • 1 cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped kimchi and cook for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add gochujang and gochugaru, stir well.
  6. 6. Gently add soft tofu, breaking it into chunks.
  7. 7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
