Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add shredded cabbage and grated carrot. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, flipping once.
  4. 4. In the same pan, toast the bread slices with butter until golden brown.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked egg mixture between two slices of toasted bread.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sugar on the inside of the sandwich, then add ketchup and mayonnaise.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
