  • 2 cups Leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop mixture into the pan, flattening slightly to form pancakes.
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve hot.
