Lime Gelatin Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 package lime gelatin 3 oz
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
In a mixing bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and stir well.
Refrigerate until partially set, about 30 minutes.
Fold in crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping.
Pour into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
