Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef liver
- 2 Large onions, sliced
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 tablespoon Butter
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoon of butter.
2. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver slices in the flour mixture.
4. Add remaining butter to the skillet. Cook liver slices over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Return onions to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
