  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season Mahi Mahi fillets with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, sour cream, and lime juice.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled fish on tortillas, then topping with cabbage mixture.
