Ingredients 

Mai Tai Ingredients

  • 2 oz Light rum
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Orange curaçao
  • ¼ oz Orgeat syrup
  • ½ oz Dark rum float

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add light rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 3. Float dark rum on top.
  4. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, if desired.
