Mai Tai Ingredients
- 2 oz Light rum
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Orange curaçao
- ¼ oz Orgeat syrup
- ½ oz Dark rum float
1. Add light rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Float dark rum on top.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, if desired.
